WHEN I FALL IN LOVE

When I fall in love, the world stop spinning.

When I fall in love, the universe fell silent.

When I fall in love, my heart stopped beating.

When I fall in love, my mind start grinding.

When I fall in love, my blood start rushing.

And then, when I fall in love, I am blind.

When I fall in love, I am deaf

When I fall in love, I am brave.

When I fall in love, I am strong

When I fall in love; when I fall in love.

When I fall in love, I took a sip, then drink, and it’s never the same again.

Because when I fall in love, it’s forever.

When I fall in love it’s not flowery feelings, like people with heart beating on their eyes, and a large grin, and a little bit of drool dripping.

When I fall in love, I was new employee. In a small town, foreign to me. No friends, no family, many enemies. The jealousy toward little girl with busy hands, the envy toward respect and appreciation they long seek, but never come. Those will not come if they just sit there for hours and years, kissing asses and licking bottoms. Those come because I stand on my feet and run around.

When I fall in love, it was a hot, paved parking lot.

When I fall in love, it was a small, starving, weak, black and white cat.

When I fall in love, the world stop spinning. When I fall in love, the universe fell silent. When I fall in love, my heart stopped beating. When I fall in love, my mind start grinding.

To be, or not to be, that is the question: Whether ’tis nobler in the mind to suffer The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, Or to take Arms against a Sea of troubles, And by opposing end them: to die, to sleep.

When I fall in love, my mind start grinding. When I fall in love, my blood start rushing.

But when I took a sip, when I fall in love, it’s never the same again. I am blind. I am deaf. I am brave.

When I fall in love, I am strong

When I fall in love, I took two steps forward and bent on my knee. When I fall in love I reach under my boss’ Mercedes. When I fall in love, he was so small, he can fit him in one hand.

It’s never the same again.

He stopped being sick, he stopped being weak, he stopped being stray. He start being smart, he start getting big. He is wiser, he is gentler, he is understanding, he covers all, he conquers all. He is my friend, he is my brother, he is my teacher, he is the whisper of the wild and the hidden, buried deep under years of culture, norms, social pressure, responsibilities, demands, life.

And that is why I fall in love. He set me free. Who I am, what I want to be. Unadulterated, unabated, unbeatable.

He was then, he is still now, he will be tomorrow.

He was the soul that kept everyone alive, and the spirit that inspire the next. He was the fire that burn me ablaze, he is the essence that rekindle the fire, every time the rain and storm turn my wick wet.

He stole my heart, and keep it with him since.

Forever.

In exchange, he gave me his to keep it with me since

Forever.
